Shri Rajan Shah is a distinguished entrepreneur, civil engineer, author, and transformational coach with over 35 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure sector. A Civil Engineering graduate from MIT Manipal, he has been leading infrastructure development since 1987.

As Partner at J. P. Enterprises, he has successfully delivered large-scale civil infrastructure projects across Maharashtra, with expertise in cement concrete roads. Under his leadership, the company has built a strong presence through 11 Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plants, a fleet of 77 transit mixers, and advanced construction equipment. He is also recognized for constructing India's first White Topping Road in Pune.

Beyond engineering, Shri Rajan Shah is a bestselling author, business mentor, and happiness coach. Through his books, workshops, and transformational retreats, he has inspired over 100,000 participants worldwide in the areas of leadership, business growth, communication, and personal development.

As Director of Arigato Universe Limited, he provides strategic leadership and drives the company's vision for innovation, sustainable growth, and social impact. Guided by the philosophy of “Read, Learn, and Share,” he continues to empower individuals and organizations while contributing to nation-building through initiatives such as the Gratitude Mission and the Pothole-Free India Mission.

Sanket Shah is the Director of Arigato Universe Limited and SS Buildcon, representing the third generation of a family business that has evolved into a diversified infrastructure enterprise. Combining entrepreneurial vision with operational leadership, he has been instrumental in building the group's integrated capabilities across construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure development.

An alumnus of Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management, Mumbai (BBA), and the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom (MSc in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Management), Sanket combines global business perspectives with practical execution experience.

He has led the expansion of SS Buildcon into a fully integrated construction ecosystem comprising four Ready-Mix Concrete plants, hydraulic paver manufacturing, RCC pipe production, and aggregate crushing operations across Nagpur. This integrated model enables greater quality control, efficiency, and reliability in servicing infrastructure projects throughout the region.

As the business leader for contracting operations at Arigato Universe Limited, Sanket has spearheaded the company's evolution into executing complex civil engineering works, successfully expanding its portfolio to include metro viaducts, metro stations, bridges, industrial structures, and other high-value reinforced concrete infrastructure projects.

With a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth, Sanket continues to lead the organization's long-term strategy, driving investments in manufacturing, engineering capability, and technology while strengthening its position as a trusted infrastructure partner.

Dhwani Shah is a finance professional with an international academic background and extensive experience in investment banking, consulting, business strategy, and corporate administration. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, USA, and has further enhanced her expertise through professional certifications in Business Analytics.

Before joining SS Buildcon, Dhwani gained valuable experience with globally recognized organizations, including PwC Middle East, JM Financial, and Landmark Hospitality, where she worked on investment research, financial analysis, business consulting, corporate strategy, and digital transformation initiatives. Her diverse professional background has equipped her with strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities.

Currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer at SS Buildcon, Dhwani is responsible for overseeing the organization's administrative operations, strategic planning, process optimization, and business development initiatives. She plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, enhancing organizational efficiency, and supporting the company's long-term growth objectives.

In addition to her responsibilities at SS Buildcon, Dhwani also serves as a Director at Arigato Universe Limited, where she contributes to the company's strategic direction, corporate governance, and business expansion initiatives.
